My name is Rachel and I am a junior nursing major. As a freshman I was pretty active in a couple of clubs but I always felt like something was missing. I knew from the start that I wanted to join Greek life once I saw how amazing of a community it was as a freshman. Serving as Vice President of Operations makes me feel connected to sisters on a more personal level. I love being on our Leadership Team and helping the other members with their jobs as much as I can. Because of DPhiE, I have become an outgoing leader, I have met the girls who I will spend a lifetime with, and I have found my home away from home.

My name is Shelby and I am a junior Nursing major. I never thought I would go Greek but as a freshman I struggled to find my place on campus. I'm so grateful I took a chance on Greek Life and found my home in DPhiE. With the support of my sisters I have been able to become a confident leader and the best version of myself. As Vice President of Recruitment I am fortunate enough to share my passion for our organization and give other women the opportunity to find their home just like I did.

My name is Emily and I am a senior business major. I went Greek my sophomore year and now I am able to serve as the chapter's VPMD.  It is an amzing feeling to be able to guide a brand new new member class and watch them flourish within DPhiE. I have such respect for this position and it challenges me in the most positive of ways. With graduation right around the corner I truly feel I was given the opportunity to make a difference at Adelphi and in DPhiE.

Meet Our Leadership Team

My name is Marissa and I am a senior graphic design major. I chose DPhiE because they value authenticity, my sisters love and accept me as I am, no matter what. Their unwavering support means so much and I will never be able to thank them enough for all they have done for me. As Member at Large I hope to strengthen our sisterhood even more and ensure that each sister knows how incredibly important she is.

My name is Mikayla and I am a Junior

Nursing major. When I found out DPhiE had three

philanthropies and after seeing how involved the sisters were with community service, I knew this was the organization for me. Seeing how they lit up when talking about their philanthropies and the joy they felt in helping others and the memories they had together was such a beautiful thing. As VP of Programming I want to be able to inspire others to find the joy in helping others through our philanthropies and community service. This position gives me the chance to add and improve

on what the sisters of DPhiE do already for each other and others; to grow as individuals.

My name is Sam and I'm a senior Nursing major. I went Greek my freshman year because after going to a high school with all girls, I was looking for my gal pals again. I found camaraderie within DPhiE because this organization was filled with energetic and down to earth young ladies. I am now lucky enough be our organization's Vice President of Academic Affairs. Striving to do my best in school has always been very important to me. College is a balancing act of work and play, and I am happy to have a position where I help sisters prioritize school and fun.

Danielle Imperatore

Chapter President

My name is Danielle and I am a senior English Major in the STEP Program for Elementary Education. I always say joining DPhiE was probably the best decision I have ever made, because of it I have grown as a person, friend, sister, and leader.  My sisters have given me the confidence to pursue many opportunities at Adelphi.  Being President of this amazing sorority gives me the chance to give back to the sisterhood that has given me so much. Our sisterhood is becoming stronger everyday and I can't wait to lead the organization to even greater heights.
